Atamai Structures was engaged to supply and install prefabricated insulated wall panels and the roof structure for this project. Working in collaboration with the owner’s builder, who managed and completed the full construction, we ensured a seamless installation of our high-performance structural components.
A key achievement of this project was the building’s exceptional airtightness, measured at just 0.35 air changes per hour (ACH). The use of prefabricated components also streamlined the construction process, significantly reducing build time while maintaining high-quality standards. This efficient approach not only accelerated project completion but also enhanced the building’s overall performance, ensuring superior energy efficiency, durability, and comfort.
