About Us
Atamai Structures Ltd was set up to combine the proven sophistication of the best European construction techniques with locally sourced renewable materials to produce building materials for energy efficient and passive houses, throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
At our Christchurch factory we are applying the best fabrication techniques to construct insulated wall framing panels using locally sourced timber, and engineered wood products.
When the factory process is completed, we install the panels onsite for builders, usually over a period of days, compared to weeks or months for a conventional onsite build.
Atamai Structures is an offshoot of Simon Construction, an established and well-regarded Christchurch construction company of more than 40 years standing.
The directors are Izaac Simon (30 years’ experience) and Josh Simon (28 years’ experience).
