Atamai Structures was engaged to supply and install prefabricated insulated wall panels, as well as the mid-floor and roof structure, as part of a collaborative project with Simon Construction.
Simon Construction oversaw and completed the full build, ensuring seamless integration of Atamai’s high-performance structural components.
A key achievement of this project was the building’s exceptional airtightness, measured at just 0.38 air changes per hour (ACH). This result highlights the precision of the construction and the efficiency of the prefabricated elements, contributing to superior energy performance, indoor comfort, and long-term sustainability.
